Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page to request deletion of personal information connected to Sumedha Education Network, including website forms, student or applicant records, dashboard accounts, social login/app data, and communication records where deletion is permitted.

Send a verified request
Use your account email where possible so we can match the right records.
Remove social app access
Disconnect Meta/Facebook or other integrations from their account settings and tell us what to remove.
We confirm the outcome
We will confirm completion or explain retained records that cannot be deleted yet.
Request Deletion by Email
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Sumedha account, inquiry, application, or social login whenever possible. This helps us verify ownership and avoid deleting the wrong record.
Include these details:
- Your full name.
- The email address and phone number used with Sumedha.
- Whether the request is for a student account, applicant record, inquiry form, dashboard account, Facebook/Meta app data, Google/social integration, or all eligible records.
- Any relevant form, course, appointment, payment, or application reference if you have one.

What May Need to Remain
Some records cannot always be deleted immediately or completely because they are needed for legal, financial, audit, dispute, security, or service-record reasons.
- Payment receipts, invoices, reconciliation records, and accounting logs.
- Records required by universities, embassies, government authorities, testing bodies, or legal obligations.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention records, permission logs, and audit trails needed to protect the platform.
- Backups that are retained for disaster recovery and removed through normal backup rotation.
If we cannot delete a record, we may restrict access, archive it, or explain why it must be retained.
Remove Facebook or Meta App Data
If you connected Sumedha Education Network through Facebook or another Meta product, you can remove the app connection inside your Meta account settings.
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Sumedha Education Network.
- Select Remove to disconnect the app.
- Email us if you also want us to delete eligible Sumedha-side records connected to that app use.
Dashboard and Third-Party Connections
If you have access to a Sumedha dashboard, disconnect available third-party accounts from the relevant integration screen when possible. You can also ask us to remove connection records for services such as Google, social media publishing tools, or other linked platforms.
- Removing an external connection may stop features such as Google review sync, social publishing, recording sync, or account-based imports.
- Deleting a Sumedha account may also remove access to courses, materials, receipts, messages, and application progress.
- We may ask for identity verification before deleting dashboard or applicant records.
How We Process Requests
- We receive and review your request.
- We verify your identity or authority to act for the person whose data is involved.
- We locate matching website, dashboard, applicant, student, communication, integration, and storage records.
- We delete, anonymize, restrict, or retain records according to the record type and legal or operational requirements.
- We confirm completion or explain what could not be deleted and why.
