These terms explain how students, applicants, guardians, staff, and visitors may use Sumedha Education Network services, website features, accounts, dashboards, classes, communications, payments, and documents.

Agreement to These Terms

By visiting our website, submitting a form, registering for an account, using a student or admin dashboard, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or receiving services from Sumedha Education Network, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are using the service on behalf of a student, organization, or family member, you confirm that you have permission to provide information and make service requests for them.

Our Services

Consultancy and applications

Counseling, destination selection, university shortlisting, application guidance, document preparation, scholarship support, visa preparation, and pre-departure guidance.

Learning and exam prep

IELTS, PTE, GRE, OET, language or lifeskill classes, course materials, attendance, recordings, feedback, scores, and student subscriptions.

Website and forms

Public pages, inquiry forms, lead capture, university finder, contact requests, exam records, feedback forms, and shared form links.

Dashboards and operations

Student accounts, admin tools, applicant records, appointments, tasks, messages, payments, receipts, announcements, content management, social media tools, and Google reviews.

Accounts and Dashboard Access

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • Staff and admin access is role-based and may be changed, suspended, or removed when operationally necessary.
  • You must not try to access another user's data, bypass permissions, interfere with security controls, scrape restricted content, or misuse dashboard tools.
  • Some dashboard features use third-party integrations. Those tools may have their own terms and availability limits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including academic, identity, financial, and contact details.
  • Submit genuine documents and tell us quickly if any information changes.
  • Attend scheduled counseling sessions, classes, interviews, tests, and appointments, or notify us when you cannot attend.
  • Meet deadlines set by institutions, embassies, testing bodies, payment providers, and Sumedha teams.
  • Use website, dashboard, chat, file upload, and communication features respectfully and lawfully.

Service Limits and No Guarantee

Sumedha provides guidance, preparation, document support, workflow management, and communication support. We cannot guarantee admission, scholarship awards, visa approval, payment provider approval, test results, job outcomes, or decisions by third parties.

  • Universities, colleges, scholarship bodies, and testing organizations make their own decisions.
  • Embassies, immigration offices, and government authorities control visa and permit outcomes.
  • Payment gateways, banks, Google, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, TCY, and similar platforms control their own systems and account decisions.
  • Processing times may change because of third-party rules, document quality, deadlines, holidays, technical issues, or policy changes.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • Service fees, course fees, payment schedules, and refund terms may be described in a separate invoice, receipt, dashboard record, offer, or written agreement.
  • Third-party fees, such as university application fees, visa fees, payment gateway charges, testing fees, courier charges, or government fees, are usually outside Sumedha's control.
  • Receipts and payment records may be generated through the dashboard and kept for accounting, audit, and support purposes.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the service, progress already completed, third-party costs, and the written terms that apply to your case.

Communications

We may contact you by phone, email, SMS, dashboard notification, chat, social media, or messaging tools for service updates, appointment reminders, documents, credentials, payment information, class notices, feedback, and support.

Marketing or promotional messages can be stopped by contacting us, but service, security, account, payment, and application messages may still be necessary.

Content, Documents, and Acceptable Use

  • You keep ownership of your submitted documents, images, messages, and files, but you allow us to use them as needed to provide requested services.
  • You must not upload unlawful, false, harmful, confidential third-party, malicious, or infringing content.
  • Website text, branding, designs, blog posts, course materials, templates, dashboard interfaces, and internal tools belong to Sumedha or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
  • We may remove content, restrict uploads, suspend access, or preserve records when needed for security, compliance, or service integrity.

Privacy and Data

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Deletion requests are explained on our Data Deletion page.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or end access to services, accounts, classes, dashboard areas, or integrations if fees are unpaid, information is false, conduct is abusive, security is at risk, the law requires it, or continued access would harm Sumedha, another user, or a third-party partner. You may also stop using our services, but outstanding fees and completed work may still remain payable.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sumedha Education Network is not responsible for indirect, incidental, lost opportunity, lost profit, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a specific paid service will not exceed the fees paid to Sumedha for that service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Nepal unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We may update these terms when our services, dashboard features, integrations, pricing, or legal obligations change.
