• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate
• Scholarship awards are subject to eligibility criteria and availability
• Processing times may vary based on institution and embassy requirements

Fees and Payment

• Service fees are communicated clearly before engagement
• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in your agreement
• Third-party fees (university application fees, visa fees, etc.) are separate and non-refundable
