Social Media and Messaging

To provide integrated support, our platform connects with Meta services (Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business).

  • Messenger and Instagram: When you message our business pages, we process your message content, name, and profile picture via the Meta Graph API to respond to your inquiries in our dashboard.
  • WhatsApp: We use the WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send and receive messages regarding your applications and consultations.
  • Data Storage: These messages are stored in our secure database to maintain a history of our interactions with you. We do not use this data for automated advertising or share it with external marketing firms.

Dashboard areas use staff, admin, master-admin, and student permissions so people only access the areas needed for their work.

Protected storage

Documents and media may be stored in managed storage services and accessed through controlled routes instead of public file listings.

Audit trails

Important dashboard actions, communications, updates, and background jobs may be logged to investigate issues and maintain accountability.

Practical limits

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to our operations.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, support audits, comply with law, and operate the dashboard. Application, payment, class, and communication records may need to be retained longer than general website inquiries.
